I wanted to invite you to join me every week for online mindfulness and wellbeing works shops.These workshops are designed to help you reduce your stress and anxiety and other fear-based energies that have impacted you, including the recent trauma we are facing with Covid-19. We will be practising different and fun mindfulness and wellbeing techniques that can be done anytime and anywhere. After each session notes will be emailed to you. Each workshop costs £5.
