"There is a growing interest in the corporate world and the benefits
of hiring coaches for their employees. So this trend is especially
prevalent in Fortune 500 companies.
The Manchester consulting study stated that companies that hire
coaches for their employees saw 65% return on their investment.
So thats pretty good if you are a corporation.
They also found that 73% of their staff found improvement in working
relationships and team building, and 45% improvement in
productivity and output by those members.
Who wouldn't want those results for their company?
