This is one of my favourite tools to use with clients. Once learned and practiced it becomes very powerful tool that can be used anywhere at anytime

Emotional freedom Technique E.F.T, is a fantastic self-help tool that involves tapping near the endpoints of the energy meridians, located around the body to reduce tension and promote a healthy body and mind.





How Does E.F.T Work???????????


E.F.T has similar aspects to Chinese Acupuncture (but with out the needles)

because it focuses on the energy circuits or referred to as meridians.

With E.F.T you tap near specific end points of the energy meridians in your body which promotes well-being. With Emotional Freedom Technique the process combines tapping of the energy meridians and acknowledging honestly what the problem is by vocalising with set up phrases through out the process. Everyone can benefit and the results are mind-blowing.


Energy psychology tells us that the negative emotions are not caused by memories of Trauma, they are caused by disruption in the bodies energy system associated with memories. The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the bodies energy system. IT'S NOT JUST IN YOUR HEAD ITS EVERYWHERE!!!!


There is a part of the Brain called Amygdala it is the reptilian part of the brain that is constantly scanning for danger, its main focus is is on the negative when survival was a struggle for early human beings.

It can't distinguish between memory or a stressful event triggered by emotion or an actual event that is happening in the present moment. This means simply thinking about a painful event can launch the Amygdala into Flight of Fight. This can Explain why we can have a panic attack out of nowhere or phobia. E.F.T seems to reduce the symptoms and calm the Amygdala. Harvard medical Studies have shown that E.F.T decreases the blood flow to the Amygdala and releases endorphins and increase Gamma brain waves.


E.F.T was intruduced to us by Gary Craig, a student of Dr. Callahan who had created Thought field Therapy T.F.T. Gary Craig refined the techniques of T.F.T and created his own approach which gave birth to Emotional Freedom Technique. (E.F.T)


Whats GREAT about E.F.T is that it can be done any time any where. You do not need any medication, equipment all you need is you and the knowledge to do so . E.F.T will reduce Anxiety, Stress, Depression, PTSD, Addictions, Muscular pains, phobias, confidence and any more.
